This service is available Monday-Friday from 10am - 2pm and you can access it by calling 1800 910 123 or emailing parentsupport@barnardos.ie. ☎️

Community Support Helpline

A dedicated community support helpline has been established in Roscommon County Council to assist at risk members of the public in accessing non-emergency and non-medical supports and advice during the current public health emergency.

The confidential helpline service is being established by the new COVID-19 Roscommon Community Response Forum, which includes numerous agencies and organisations.

The helpline is focused primarily on ensuring that vulnerable members of the community or those living alone can access deliveries of groceries, medicine, fuels etc.

The support helpline is NOW available from 8.00am to 8.00pm, 7 days a week on
